There was no such transaction disclosed in the court records or approved by the courts, et al, so it didn't happen. A liquidation of the company was disclosed, clearly documented, approved by the courts and creditors, and has since closed. That's all that happened, and the company is dead.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
