I don't have the document, but it was posted here since 12/7-8. The registered agent resigned without a replacement being designated, which means an active company would have 30 days to notify the state of a replacement.

This company is really dead, so there'll be no replacement named.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
