Remember that ARYC was the 1st company to take advantage of the pandemic coupled with the massive Medicare fraud. Plus a mirriad of other things. On one of my interviews with the DOJ, SEC and the Postal Inspector I was reminded that this is a Federal crime not a state crime, HUGE difference. Not aware of the mandatory sentencing rules and how they apply to this case, but we will find out. Prison time imminent.
