Hey Ace...I believe that Lasur never would, in any way screw over his trusted investor followers, soooo, saying and believing this, he has already worked these numbers out to be small...


Lazur got double what he usually gets for selling a clean shell, but this is due to the shell being clean, never doing business, aside from the eastbiz.com thing, and Lazur would have had to offer the China guy something for the double price...of which we can only speculate and hope for the honest and character of Lazur...


Now, if the China guy buys the possible 8.2 billion shares then he will almost have to reverse split...as many China owned companies in America does...again, Lazur's integrity is on the line with this one... Also, Lazurs relationship with Pino, helped him learn from the criminal some things that will make us all millionaires, if we hold the shares for the gold that will follow the possible huge Naked Short squeeze...and then Reverse to follow...possible dollars with the both working together...


About why the stock PPS is not MM depressed, I believe that the MMs are trying to cover billions of shares, trading back and forth, and for some reason, I believe that that .001 number in the paper work plays in for the MMs...possibly as what they might have to buy all the shares back when the short squeeze begins...just a hunch... The MMs could try to bring some more scare and havoc into our lives by quickly dropping the PPS under...without heavy buying coming to play...so be alerted to their games... jmho, of course, fwiw
