No Doubt that PMCB will never get to Clinical Trials. 1) The FDA will never approve their IND unless many very expense test and data are provided. 2) PMCB would never spend the money needed because that is Kenny and pals money. 3) PMCB IMO never intended to conduct clinical trials their intention was only to create the appearance of being a real Biotech so they could sell Billions of shares and use those funds only to fund themselves.
