Maybe your efforts in outlining those recommendations ripened as

evidenced in the press release issued February 1, 2018.."IHSI announces

cresent construction has major role to play in overall business strategy"

Cresent has and may be in the future a vital player in the success of IHSI

Not sure how it will be brought into the shell again or revived ...lawsuit

has complicated the ownership, but it has the revenue source needed
