Yep, deal is most certainly still on

Some people panicked with the CLX Health Twitter account posting on their profile they are a private company.
Legally speaking, officially they are still a private company, until the merger is officially complete.
Even during a DA announced press release (which would skyrocket share price), CLX is still a private company at that exact time, until the merger is finally complete.

I actually think this update on their Twitter page could be seen as a positive.
Maybe they are getting their ducks lined up in a row for the DA announcement.
The announcement could be so big, they want to make sure everything is stated correctly (and labeled correctly in their profiles) as it stands in real time.
