I could be wrong, but my understanding is that a SPAC is a group of "private" Investors that want to buy an existing Company (public or private) including, but not limited to a spin off from existing public/private Company. So B for C could easily spin off for treatment of C, and leave the rest of the assets with the original Public Company. GLTA!
