So....Can you answer my previous post? If they dilute and arent above the $1 mark...they will not stay listed on the Nasdaq...which is ridiculously stupid. Vanguard increased their holdings over 2000% on Sept 30th after they were given the 180 extention.

Why would Vanguard invest in a company that is looking to be delisted, increase their position over 2000% and know they are looking to sell 500M authorized shares?
