Some here are also assuming great news will be ready upon execution of the RS (ie, the large insurance deal). Not only is it unlikely that these events will be simultaneous, but we do not yet know the terms of the acquisition - if they destroy the equity in order to acquire the agency shareholders will remain unhappy.

In order for the RS to have any semblance of a chance of success, news has to be ready immediately, and a steady stream of substantive PR’s will need to follow. I’m unable to bring myself to have any optimism of that being the case.

I very much look forward to my words being proven wrong.
