this is the unfortunate thing about the penny stocks They arnt regulated and the mms can do whatever they want. Naked short is illegal but who is there to catch them and who in the SEC cares. All they would have to do to catch them is watch them for a day or 2 but thats life. They are going to short this right back to where it started a couple months ago and if you stayed in you are likely down 90 per cent by now
