I'm sorry Zoro, each state is sovereign and could kick the federal government out any time they wanted to. How many states already allow actions that are considered crimes by federal law...Oregon’s assisted suicide As well as all the medical marijuana laws readily come to mind.. Isn’t Arizona passing legislation to stem illegal immigration? Didn’t two democratic senators get Bill Clinton to sign legislation to build a wall along the Arizona border during his administration?(yes) He signed the bill but did anything get done…no!


But as you suggest its all Bushes fault. Our local governments can protect the citizens from the federal government on these issues but are powerless to protect us against the insurgency of illegal immigration..Because of Bush.
