I keep in touch with Mark D and Shelby .. they never give to much as expected .. but that news to close on the Land in Ft. Myers and not giving up on the projects like the St. Pete Marriott, plus if you look at their website , adding new projects timeline in Florida (Winterhaven) , just tells you they are in for the long haul.
