You guys can check out all the details of the Ch 11 on line. Look up...Reorg case summary CBD company GL Brands. It’s very interesting & give hope. Merida is backing them up with a DIP loan for 750,000 at 15 percent. Says the company has a bright future if it can survive in short term. Fingers crossed! Check it out & tell me what you think.
