R/S with the right news will be a good thing IMO. Too many shares otherwise and $30+ tag (depending on the ratio, 2.6+B OS) will blend easy for a future NRRXP. LOL. RLF-100 and Inhaler is what it's all about, right? RLFTF = $1+ after good data. That's my bet/opinion. Then.?. IDKS..
BRPA had comments about NRX not owning 100% of RLF-100.
It's up to GEM as they already have the votes to do whatever. Consolidate, Combine management (CoC for all), logistics Efforts, listing, Phase 3 funding.?.
