About the name "BioAmber"

Page 60 of the 6th monitor's report describes how the "vendors" will refrain from using the name "BioAmber," and the list of trademarks and logos sold in the liquidation begins on page 96 and runs through page 127.

I'll let everyone read that for themselves, and recommend the rest of that APA be read as well.
