New CEO Shaun Passley took over the shell on November 9th. He has already filed all previous company financials to get current. He has stated once he gets current he will announce the plans with the company. We know he owns multiple multi million dollar revenue companies (ZenaPay (crypto, and AI drone), Jadian Inc (12 mill revs), and Dittomask (mask manufacturer)) that he could merge in or use ATVK as the holding company. It is a small float of 290 million shares and a max AS of 430million. He had already stated per company Twitter that he will not reverse split and not raise the AS. He has filed all financials to otcmarkets and is waiting for pink current any day. Attorney letter was filed last week. That means the PRs will start to roll in. And last week, we find he has petitioned the court to cancel some shares out of the OS!
The new CEO has a hand in all of the hottest sectors. Crypto, Covid, and MJ. Also AI Drones.
