Problem is the price struggles to pop after a RS, interest fades. Its mostly all bad. Typically death by thousand cuts unless the incoming company is magical and takes the old shareholders serious by keeping them informed of plans/events. I have yet to see a Chinese company do this.

The point having truthful information flow is so new people arent duped into thinking this can get to .25 from here. Risking everything on bad DD. Granted, its the OTC and stranger things have happened, best to be riding free shares just in case.

Some people here are almost as deranged as the ones from the LAHO board.

I think 10k:1 is reasonable, but might be closer to 15K:1 . The key for the new company is making legacys moot and having a decent SS. The right number for that is dependent on them and their needs.
