I just got off the phone with the OSC. I was told that since this was a 1st hearing, it is very common to set a date for a 2nd hearing. He said the purpose of today's hearing was for the OSC to present what evidence they have and to accept any evidence Sulja, PV and AD might have to present. He said that the evidence will be investigated during the time until the Mar 23rd hearing. He also said that if the trade halt order was lifted (he has no info either way)it will happen after hours today.
