My first impression this morning was that The Commerce Dept news was Fluff, after investigating it further, far from it, this was a forerunner to very important follow up news. Dollars were mentioned on purpose since under some Govt site it is required & will now always be mentioned with Guidance,"finally"! They learned a great deal in working with NMCI and this is what they did with Homeland Security and they will issueing important news in days on this issue.
