I'm am going to be posting more often and becoming more aggressive, but not insulting.

There is something called FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY to shareholders. That has become non-existent now with management. Thus, this email was sent this morning to David Waldman...

Good Morning,

There is a distinct feeling of lack of confidence growing among myself (holding 7 figure shares) and so many other fellow investors, right now.

I averaged up, three times (with RELI) in 30 years of trading on the OTC). Those proceeds came from 500K shares at 4 cents of ALPP, sold it at 15 cents)!

Have a look at at ALPP today!  It's at $4.36 cents. I was told by experienced TRADER, many, many years ago (I'm 64 years old now) three important rules when buying stocks.

1) DON'T FALL IN LOVE WITH THE STOCK, THE COMPANY OR ITS MANAGEMENT!

2) NEVER LOOK BACK AFTER YOU SELL!

3) NEVER AVERAGE UP, NO MATTER WHAT!

I broke all three of golden those rules recently.

The LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS need some kind of an update regarding the S1 and the major acquisition by yearend!

Please have the courtesy to forward this email to Mr. Beyman, as he doesn't respond to my emails any longer.

Thank you!
