I do NOT find evidence to support a claim this was a P&D. Those show a specificsignal of one kind or another in the chart. Those kinds of signals are absent.

In these cases I have observed a significant event is beginning to play out which someone wishes to exploit. Until we see some sort of 8-k IM staying put.
