including possible business combination transactions.



They are amassing cash for something. And alot of it. Looks like an Acquisition????

Another thought, is they could build one hell of a plant with $4-500 Million bucks and have the rest to run it. But, that would require some serious contracts already in place to justify, which we haven't heard anything about......
