i remember last time lawsuits were threatened on behalf of pred shareholders it didnt work out to be a very nice outcome..same looks true here..I still have not heard 1 valid reason why finra cares about Jennings..someone said because he owns plus 10% so if he owns more then 30 million shares ..how did he get them..certainly not from the conversion of 1 3 million note when the stock was near a buck ..
