Ron/Rheeman, as the post points out, Volume is the Tool of Manipulation. You see the blocks at the top, or a peak, but the boredom at the bottom. I don't know how many stocks I've seen trade big volume, day after day, with no price action. Then when the run begins, the volume re-appears, slowly at first, but building to a crescendo, where a top or peak usually appears.
Rheeman, it isn't so much, that you're misreading the chart, IMO, you're misreading the Volume. Volume tells all. It confirms or denies. Using the charts, with a heavy emphasis on reading the Volume, would enhance your interpretation, greatly. IMO
