$ 1.50 per share would be much more aligned to my expectations . not that ayr won't crush in the long term.....but , the SP value on liberty shares IS 2.00 per share and the acquisition is HUGH for ayr. why should shareholders get 1/2 value ? ? are any liberty shareholders considering voting NO ?? TIA .....
