I watched a few clips of the youtube interview that was posted. I do find a little concerning, regardless of what the CEO, says that there is $10 million worth of shares that are out there that could be used to as dilution if needed. I know he said at the 'present' time he they no plans to utilize any of it, but sometimes start ups need funds and that is immediate access if needed of $10 million. That is somewhat concerning IMO. Just from what I have learned about buying into penny stocks.
