Thanks. Just started to look into this stock.

It looks like they had 2.5 BILLION shares in early 2019, and then wiped out the old shareholders by a 100:1 reverse split (and the share price went from around 50+ cents to around 3 cents). Now, it looks like they have on offering on file to raise $5 million that will dilute the stock by at least 65% with another 33.3 million shares:

I think I will wait until after the offering / dilution takes effect.
