Federal Criminal Violations.
Looking at the filings made for the Purchase Agreements there are in our opinion literally dozens of “deleted” monetary facts made between several parties however there aren’t any signatures on behalf of the Locksmith financings .
Odd,not sure how changes can be made on behalf of financially beneficial parties without their signature nor any evidence of their agreements involving finances are real.
Very strange and we believe that the fact VPLM,Tom Sawyer,Emil Malak,Colin Tucker etal filed this document with the SEC may be a problem...for them.
