As you mentioned, bringing a product through the commercialization phase is
a complicated and expensive process.

IMO, if the CAVR patent is awarded, a deal with CLMBR or another established exercise equipment company must be made so that the company can monetize the patent with as little work as possible.

If the patent is not awarded, this potential revenue stream will likely be dead in its tracks.

But that would not be the end of the world, because when it comes to CAVR’s pending patent, the potential upside is significant while the potential downside is minimal and inconsequential to the company’s continued growth and success in its other businesses.

The time and money invested into the patent thus far will be lost, but it has no bearing on Sinacori continuing to close multi-million dollar deals and it will not impact the SoKu app or online education platform projects either.
