UPDATE: TGI Special Stock Dividend of European Subsidiary to US Shareholders. We were able to retain https://lnkd.in/e6G4t3t, transfer agent in the UK, to proceed was was originally planned. The record date and ex dividend date will have to be reviewed.
Regarding a Stock dividend of 1 for 1000 per share on TGI Solar Power Group Inc. Common Stock.
