ONLY by Years of experience must I concur! Wherefore the RS is like Easy Money for these Pinksheets and given the ease of this form of monetary gain (on their parts) becomes a no-brainer as for why so many of them seem to be making a living at it! Quite chronically!

AND, Ironically, given the wordings of the Safe Harbor Act (SHA) that these Pinksheets are sure to append at the ends of their NEWS/Press Releases, are like a "Get out of Jail Free Disclaimer" (Go review the Wordings)

It literally gives them clearances and loopholes to get away with committing all sorts of financial abuses/frauds and such with impunity, which none hesitates to take advantage of in some form!

Hence the Millions of Pinksheets throughout the entire stock market that have all but become worth the paper they're printed on!
(can be reviewed for immediate validations!)

Also note this technically amount to 100's through several 1000's of people (Per Pinksheet Ticker/company) who've been mislead/lied-to, thus ultimately losing their investments, which further means the amount of sizable ill-begotten gains and/or enrichments into the pockets of those who've formed, used and abused such Pinksheet companies as their side-hustle-income! (i.e., Scams)

(But then to say they're without capital, following YEARS of Receiving Free Capital from Shareholders, yet alone having practically nothing monetarily tangible/meaningful to show for all those years of receiving this "Free Capital", is the pattern of Squandering)


Also should be noted is the number of "Tax-Loss-Claims Filed" that the IRS must then refund percentages thereof, BACK to each tax payer filing such claims and more!
Albeit the more savvy tax filers will include the "Reorganization Fees" (Typically/Usually otherwise ignored) charged (To Them!) through (Their) brokerage account(s) that handled/settled the Post-RS positions (Adjustments) within the affected portfolio(s)!

Yet all due to Pinksheet Scams! But even then, they're yet protected "BY LAW " under the wordings of the SHA!

But again, I speak from Years of Experience in the Stock Market!

YET again, whether any of this applies to THIS COMPANY, is only at the digression of THIS COMPANY to decide its fate! Not Me!

I'm just a watcher who've practically seen it all with these pinksheets!
