Never seen an R/S to date that "out side" share holders didn't get shafted in. I have to agree with some of the others at this point, it really does look like an R/S is inevitable unless there's some big miracle waiting in the wings which will likely be nothing but more lies and fake news.

This one has done pretty much to the last period, what I've seen happen with several others over the years before they announced an an RS was coming. They've diluted themselves into near worthlessness because there wasn't much of a company to begin with. Nearly all of these terds are shell companies running on fake identities.

When you have nothing to offer, no real product, no real business expertise, and you're a company that is existing off of nothing but pure dilution,this is how it ends.. A stinky,.pinky sell off.

Either they announce an R/S soon, or Next there'll be headlines of New CEO's and Mergers and buy outs even bigger tales than we've already heard.. This thing is a terd and everybody knows it. It got rode to death.
