The market cap here is only $74M. If brilacidin proves to be effective in reducing viral load 95% +, and if the drug can act as an anti-inflammatory agent, as well as in mitigating bacterial infections, the market cap should be in the billions of dollars, start with $2B.

With the OS at 343,579,992 shares, a $2B market cap would equal $5.82 per share.

Your share price projection may be more accurate. A Phase III trial is going to be expensive and I assume the company will need to chip into their 600M Authorized Shares to raise money. On the other hand, if the trials showed data that demonstrated statistically significant improvement in viral load, inflammation, and infection, then $2B as a market cap would be too low.
