For those familiar with the dynamics of an OVERBOUGHT condition, its known that a stock can continue its OVERBOUGHT status to Extreme. It doesn't drop at the moment its recognized.
This stock continued higher to extreme levels. And now the drop ( correction) has begun with the rapid drop Friday.
An investor can decide whether he should sell at the beginning of the Overbought or take a chance and wait until it gets more overbought and decide then. All is a risk.
Now, the chart showing what occurs in Extreme O/B condition is clear. Each and every time it entered this status it sold off.
Charts don't lie. Especially when they repeat each and every time.
Those who ignore that will pay the price.
