That you for that, I took out a position in this company just days before it took off! I believe my buy-in PPS was 0.0005 with about 200K shares. Recently I increased it to 500K shares the day it made is run, and averaged up entering again at 0.004. That was a mistake but thought it was going to 0.01 higher. So I'll must average down this time and increase my position. Doesn't really coast that much at the current PPS.

I discern this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that doesn't come about but once in a blue moon, so I took the plunge after pouring over their business model in particular the part about them going into the white label manufacturing of the tabs in their own facility combined with large acres of their own land to grow the mushrooms, etc. etc. Then the Bitcoin Exchange thing is a major game changer if they pull that off as planned. So my point is I'm definitely in but what is somewhat troubling is their share structure and the downward drifting of the PPS.

Overall, I was troubled by the rocket ship ride from 0.0005 to the 0.0054 followed by the massive sell off with drifting back down 0.0021, which leads me to believe it can drift down much further even back to the trips. After all with no news it's drifting back down in a slower manner of course than it flew up, both on no news. That's all I'm saying.

Lastly, I made a mistake in my previous post saying their O/S is 20 Billion. that's not correct!

A/S 20 Billion
O/S 11.9 Billion
Float 4.8 Billion

That's a whopping number of shares, the most important one being of course the Float.

What are your thoughts on the enormous shares this company has issued, i.e. the intent of that, and also how the extraordinary large Float will be a positive or negative element in trading or owning this stock and also the PPS drifting back down by 60% off its run to 0.0054, back toward where it all started at 0.00005
