Pretty simple, Q1 numbers will come out ~4/15. It will be the 1st qtr with significant EV sales. With updates and news it certainly could achieve criteria b4 that report, but definitely after once hard numbers come out.

I typically don't project sp but Will not be surprised to see it trading $2+ during Q1.
