2-3 weeks IMO. Maybe 4. Usually signings are planned events, and may take a little time to schedule. My guess is most of them are spending time with their families for the holidays and the signing is not scheduled until after the New Years. Who cares though. I started accumulating this at under a penny and am fine still snatching them up on the dips at these levels. The ground is shaking here just from the twitter. When the PR does drop the way they making it seem it might be a pretty big deal...
