There are a couple MMs in particular which handle dilution typically. Often you would see 10,000 share blocks on the ask that do not change even if you buy. E.g. an MM puts 10k shares for sale at .24, but you buy 15k it's still there, 50k more it's still there, etc. Heavy dilution is very obvious in L2. SIRC is not getting diluted

The key thing though is OS is not increasing and filings don't show it
