And the reason why stocks are actually a very bad drug, is you elevate your heart, never, and you sit still,,,or even worst, add coffee to the mix, then the heart pumps, like to nothing and its the pressure we fill,,just like, if you were watering your plants with a hose, and you kink the hose,water has no where to go, so it builds up pressure, so light on coffee,,for me no coffee, lots of walking and passing, but keep moving is not a bad idea, as now is when we need to be at our bests,,,and trade like a pro, as mistakes now, end up looking like this
