Well yes!!! It is,,,like a drug, actually it really, really is, and why some should not even be playing this game, unless you feel you have solid hearts,,,me I test mine everyday on the bike-run-swim, but its days like today,,, that, I even feel my heart work extra heard,,,I actual do breath skills,,like a longer exhale then inhale will slow the heart,,how do i do it, I hold my breath for a second or two then exhale slow,and relax during each breath,,,but do enjoy big waves are here, and now this is going into the new year, after new years,,,think its going to ne epic, however,,,its when we think something is going to happen, we make the mistake, and turn this back into a guessing game, no i know what to do today,,,
