Non-blinding is the term they normal use on LOI. That is why I normally check to see if they follow by rule regulation. In this case they officially filed with the Canadian Securities Exchange that separate them from FLUFF TO REAL. FLUFF PR ever never follow up report with the Securities Exchange. Inexperience investor don't know this and assume a non-binding letter of intent (the “LOI”) is fake news.
