Yes, by the legal definition. You and Toothchucker are considered long-term shareholders, no doubt.

I am also talking directly to the long-term CLSI shareholders.

Any shareholders that were in CLSI when Stan & Liz controlled CLSI are the real vale to this new company OBOCON.

Case in point. Sam or whoever is in control of OBCN, at this point, are better communicator's or managers than Stan & Liz.

Back then I believe CLSI had somewhere near 500 plus shareholders who had saw promise in the company. We held for 20 plus years to prove that. (Some shareholders got trapped in by default, employee stock, stock restrictions and just plain waiting of (bad) management to make good moves.

Some shareholders believed the Wolfson's were going to make some progress, when the moved into the Islands (PR) with the parking systems, but when they moved into Bicycles and Scooters and not the Traffic Light camera systems, we knew something was not right.

Many of us older long-term shareholder called religiously to Stan and Liz to voice our concerns, but the ignored us. The company did manage to make several millions in revenues and profits, but we felt they never lifted a finger to move the stock price up or reduce the large float.

They did however announce a stock buyback, but us long-long term share holders held out and would not sell out to the company for fractions of a cent or a few cents. W
