Good luck trying to appeal a default judgement, lost for not participating in the proceedings.

I would just add that if judgment comes in favor of GDSI, it not only comes as a result of defendants not participating in the proceedings... but on the fact that they purposefully sought to undermine the whole process in bad faith.

This is what makes this case so exceptional.

The odds are in favor of GDSI because defendants have acted in bad faith. Pure and simple.

This is an important distinction people need to bear in mind.
