Thanks for the very good explanation of the form 3.I have another question, Mr pernia converted restricted shares to common shares, I seem to remember reading in the SEC rules on conversion of restricted shares to commopn shares that if they are not sold within a specific time frame (90 days) that they (the shares) would then convert back to restricted shares. I think if this is the case that Mr Pernia's conversion may be a mute point.
