CyberKey and Endavo Mutually Announce Agreement to Jointly Market Products and Services
ST. GEORGE, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 22, 2005 -- CyberKey Corporation (www.cyberkeycorp.com), (CYKC.PK), a market leader in USB storage device technology, and Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. (http://www.endavo.com), (OTC BB:EDVO.OB), announced today that the companies have entered into Letter of Intent to develop a definitive joint marketing and services agreement. Endavo and CyberKey will jointly market and promote each other's products and services. Under the new agreements, CyberKey plans to utilize Endavo's digital delivery platforms to deliver video content through the CyberKey web-based community portal and Endavo will use and offer CyberKey's digital rights management applications, watermarking technology and secure portable drives.

Upon the successful development and trial testing of the companies' applications and services, the companies will work together to offer CyberKey's Digital Rights Management System to Endavo's content owner customers. Additionally, Endavo and CyberKey will be promoting and distributing a wide range of content, including movies, games, and software programs, through CyberKey's web-based portal, to be delivered over Endavo's EnHance content delivery solution for web communities.

Endavo's EnHance content delivery solution for web-based communities uses peer-to-peer distribution techniques to efficiently deliver DVD-quality video content directly to registered portal members. Recipients can view delivered programs at their leisure without the inconvenience of traditional streaming video. Viewing and copying rules, established by the content owner, are managed by the digital rights management applications that are attached to every program delivered by Endavo.

"We are thrilled about entering into negotiations with Endavo Media and Communications. We are very impressed with their technology and believe that this relationship can develop into a real win-win business venture," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Corporation.

"Increasing security and digital rights management options for our content clients increases our overall value in the marketplace as an integrated provider of managed content distribution over broadband," stated Paul D Hamm, Endavo CEO. "The addition of CyberKey's DRM and security offerings into Endavo's portfolio of management solutions enhances the value of both companies and gives our customers more choice."
