Todd Violette

Todd Violette is an expert in strategic development of emerging companies and was an active member of the Board of Directors of a NASDAQ Listed Bioscience company based in Israel and CFO of a private Pharma Extraction Company based in Madisonville, Kentucky. He has spent years researching and talking to management teams about effective strategies regarding capital formations and achieving cash flow. Todd’s unique view comes from a combination of being an investor and operating businesses. He has previously operated an 85,000 sq. ft. facility with over 150 staff members handling orders for Nike, and a subcontractor to a NFL and NBA licensor which required drop shipping to over 5,500 locations. Mr. Violette, since graduating University in 1992, has been in the financial industry working for banks, broker dealers and being an independent investor with his own capital. Mr. Violette graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 1992 and is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
