Once again talk is cheap provide proof the following is true:

"NO..nothing is fabricated...OW made several offers to DGF to take control of the company...this was all outlined in previous posts. OW asked for an accurate understanding of DGF's financials vis-a-vis the loan and conversion so they could determine what to offer to DGF.... "

It is all fabricated - the legal procedural way is to file a Motion with the Court and have the Judge Order DGF to provide all financial documents.

Turner isn't providing truthful information - unless you can provide proof and a supposed telephone conversation doesn't prove anything.
