Of course we will hold management accountable. However, they have yet to fail to do anything they said they will do. Once they fail to do what they said they will do, then we will hold them accountable, not before.

It's not about drinking the cool-aid or sticking up for management. A good management team that is doing their job successfully must always be rewarded, not penalized.
