$XMET So to be clear in January we are waiting on Custodial Status Check, 10-Q, Hearing regarding Motion to Bar Unasserted Claims and likely Custodial Termination all while waiting on the Security Profile/SS status change with possibly a huge share reduction likely coming January/February as well as PR from our new CEO in the form of 8-ks.
